Installation

Full on-site consultations and site surveys are conducted before we start to design your surface. We listen to your needs and then talk through the key points with you, establishing the requirements of your area for its intended use.

Abacus will also advise you of the safety standards identified in BSEN 1177 and also the durability of the play area surface, saving you unnecessary future maintenance expenditure.

Installation

All of our surfaces are laid by trained and highly skilled installation teams, whose experience of different site conditions ensures that surfaces are built to the highest standards and all of whom are fully CRB checked. We take our purpose designed mixing machines to playgrounds all over the country and complete the contract, large or small as a package operation. We always leave our installations clean, tidy and ready to use.

Design

We can design your surface in-house bespoke to your requirements. With a large range of colours, detailed graphics or your organisation’s motif can all be incorporated to bring a real “wow” factor to the finished product. (Please note this is a surface specific design process – we do not design full playgrounds.)
